Does not respond to any form of power on signals

The console does not respond at all to any attempts to turn it on, wired, wireless, or console power button. It appears that the console is just dead, but as long as the console is plugged in, the USB ports supply power. I am not sure if the internal power supply has something to do with this or the motherboard is to blame.

Edit: 1 week back, I had noticed difficulties with turning the console on, when pressing the console's power button, it lit up, then shut off after playing the tri tone chime. Did that have anything to do with this?
