@maxwellmax55457 The blue light indicates that Alexa is rebooting itself after being shut down. During this period you cannot interact with it. If the blue light does not stop Alexa has difficulties with your Wi-Fi connection and the network settings.
Besides checking your Network etc. you can try the basic troubleshooting. Reset Alexa by unplugging the speaker, wait around 30 seconds, and plug it back in. If that does not work you may need to try a reset the speaker. For the 2nd generation I believe you press and hold down both the Microphone off and Volume Down button. Keep them held down for at least 20 seconds.
If you are using the Alexa app on your smartphone, you can also try to unregister it and then start over like it is a new device. The unregistering is in the settings of the app. Check the gear icon, scroll down to where it says Registered to and tap deregister.

Para além de verificar a sua rede, etc., pode tentar a resolução básica de problemas. Reinicie a Alexa desligando o altifalante, aguarde cerca de 30 segundos e volte a ligá-lo. Se isso não funcionar, pode ser necessário tentar reiniciar o altifalante. Para a 2ª geração, creio que deve premir e manter premido o botão Microfone desligado e Diminuir volume. Mantenha-os premidos durante pelo menos 20 segundos.
Se estiver a utilizar a aplicação Alexa no seu smartphone, pode também tentar anular o registo e começar de novo como se fosse um novo dispositivo. O cancelamento do registo está nas definições da aplicação. Verifica o ícone da engrenagem, desliza para baixo até onde diz "Registado em" e toca em cancelar o registo.
