@rawa1234 this "very fast IA going to off" sounds more like a bad battery. Connect your multimeter to the battery cable while the charger is connected. Let us know what that voltage is. After that, you do want to check and see if the battery shows the same voltage as the charger by removing the charger. Then try to use your scooter to apply a load to the battery. If it stops working quickly, it is most likely your battery that is not holding a charge. I would most likely replace it.

If anyone still reading. I've had a lot of come to me like this. It's like no one woke up the batteries on these things
The only way to know is directly at the battery so you have to take it apart and not tell anyone or you'll void the warranty
Put a volt meter directly on the battery
If 0 to 2 volts the battery doesn't know its a battery yet and charger says it's full
Carefully connect a 9 volt battery +to+ - to - for about 30 to 45 seconds until battery alone reads above 3 1/2 volts
Then reconnect battery to scooter and charge. Every one I've done ran after doing this.
My scooter isn't charging, we charged it all day and it just won't turn on.

When I try to turn on it won't after I gave it it's first charge. But when I rolled it down a hill it would turn on the screen but it read dead battery. An I bought two at the same time and both scooters did this. I can't believe I bought two scooters waited anxiously an the both didn't work. I was so devastated. Cause I had people waiting for them. Now I'm stuck w two dead scooters an battery cost way to much
