Check if the suspension rods are OK and not faulty, loose etc.
Here's a video that may help.
I couldn't find a video that shows how to replace the rods in your model, (suspension rods part # is DC97-16350T) and not as per the part number used in the video, but it should be close enough to show what to do.
If the rods do need replacing search online for DC97-16350T to find suppliers that suit you best. This is the part number for the rods in your model.

Daniel, what's the manufacturer and model number of your washer? There are so many different kinds out there that we can't give you even a decent guess without knowing more about it. The model number tells us everything; whether it's front or top loading, for example, so that's the best information to give.
