Please help. I purchased a $4000.00, 98 inch TCL television. It was delivered yesterday. I installed it today. I watched exactly 13 minutes of television before the screen went entirely black. Now TCL is telling me I’m to send a video of the non working screen and possibly wait three days before I get any type of response. I wish I had found this site prior to wasting my money.

@chs25857 98 inch, bloody H E double hockey stick. It's a monster!!!!!. Anyhow, you do not want to rip it apart. Yes, you got all kinds of reasons to be disappointed but do not give them any opportunity to weasel out of their warranty. You know they will try....
The only thing that I would do is to try and reset your TV. TRy this:
Turn OFF your TV.
Unplug it from the wall outlet.
Wait 2 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in.
Now wait for another 15-30 seconds and then try to turn on your TV.
Let us know if that did anything.
