The model you selected is a two door side by side refrigerator i.e. one freezer compartment and one refrigerator compartment next to each other and not one above the other or do you mean that the lower part of the refrigerator compartment is not cooling but the upper part is?

The model you selected is a two door side by side refrigerator i.e. one freezer compartment and one refrigerator compartment next to each other and not one above the other or do you mean that the lower part of the refrigerator compartment is not cooling but the upper part is? — jayeff
