The Steam Deck OLED uses size T6 Torx screws for the rear cover.

The original deck didn't use torx screws.

I don't know the exact size, yet. However if i were you i would consider buying a Minnow Precision Bit Set. At €15 it's a pretty good value and should have the right bit.
