One side of tablet unresponsive

a few minutes ago i dropped my tablet and now one side of my tablet is unresponsive and i can't input a wifi password because the letters i need are on the side that doesn't work and i don't know how to fix it and i have stuff on there that i cannot get back or transfer to another device
