Cleaning a key on keyboard.

Hi there,

in short, my p-key is screwed a little bit, because it got a insulate contact. I've got this baby for about 4 years now and I think there is a bunch of dirt now in the keyboard.

So, how can I remove a single key without breaking the whole keyboard, clean it and put it back together?
