My phone recently started going to the dreaded black screen. I can wiggle it and sometimes it will come back on. Just wondering if unplugging it and plugging it back in might fix it?! Please help.

I could be a lose connection, in that case you should check the ribbon cable for damage?

That's exactly what I thought but didn't want to get in over my head if someone more qualified than me didn't think it would help.
