No picture but touch screen works great
The camera turns on and touch screen works after doing a factory reset, But I still don't have a picture? Thank you for your help!

Hi @spencer160975,
When you say that the "....touch screen works....." does this mean that you can view the camera's menu screens OK?
If so it seems like there's a problem with the lens/image ccd (examples only), the flex cable connection between the lens and the motherboard or the motherboard itself.
Here's the ifixit GoPro Hero5 Black Lens Assembly Replacement guide, that may help. At least you can check that the cable connection is OK
