Softener and Bleach Containers

Assuming you have manual detergent and softener dispenser:

Does the WM complains about missing water? Do you see an error on the disply Exx (with xx as a two digit number)? Normally there are two water inlet valves and a water diverter. If there is no water coming at all, it would imply you did not open the water tap :-D If the water tap is open, than it sounds like one (or both) water valves does not work. Which can be caused by a lot of things .... (check if there is a kink in the hose).

If you have an i-DOS WM: Is the detergent and softener drawer fully in? Are the metal contacts of the i-DOS drawer clean (remove the i-DOS drawer completely. There are some contacts in the back). Did you overload the i-DOS drawer, so that the both pumps may got defect?). Does the WM shows you missing detergent and softener? (=sensors defect).
