My front loading whirlpool washer of 7 years is leaving clothing soaked. Tried to do diagnostic test and it gave me the error code F25. I have tried to plug/unplug it too. The washer does run a full cycle and works just fine.

Here's the tech sheet for the washer.
An F25 is an UI problem see p.4 for how to test the User Interface.
The error code you posted doesn't seem right for the kind of problem you mentioned though.

@jayeff for the whirlpool washers the error F25 usually indicates a possible drive motor tachometer error, which make s a whole lot more sense. Also, I wonder why the error F25 is not listed in the Tech sheet failure codes.....

"All display led are turned on.
UI option led will be turned on after options are pushed."
Actuators to be checked = User Interface
Failure code for failure mode = F21, F25
But like you to me it makes no sense, unless the OP is misinterpreting the code?
