Samsung ecobubble Drum trying to turn but only turn 10 degrees and sto

Hello my Front Load Samsung Ecobubble with Digital inverter is not working on anything that has to spin the Drum.

When I calibrate or try to dry the clothes it tries to spin the drum and it goes spins like 3 degrees a bit per turn into 3 little movements and then it gives up

What could it be?

Update: I opened the back of the machine and turned the mechanism manually for a bit. Then I tried again and it worked a full cycle

It did not work when I spinned the Drum manually from the inside of the machine, only if I spun it by the back of the machine

After a while it started presenting the same issue, and it works again after I spin it manually from the back

I'm sorry I cannot help you on this one as I don't know that model and also I cannot even find any parts or service manuals for it.
