Try this : Plug the iPod into computer.Hold down the power button for about 5 seconds until you see the "slide to power off button". Slide the red button.Immediately hold down both power and home buttons until you see the apple logo. When you see the apple logo, release the power button, but continue to hold down the menu button until you see a picture of a USB cable with an arrow and iTunes on your iPod.Then restore the iPod with iTunes. well try to download itunes on any device like a chromebook and then open itunes then plug in your ipod and then hold the power button on the ipod and press restore button on the screen and then wait it should work
