Yes...it's out of warranty now..I sended to Amazon store...they are asking 10 dollars for the repair

@yukamoran and they are claiming that we need to install the software again to let it work

If that doesn't work then let them sort it out for ten dollars.

I've tried that but it's not working after completing the reset also
