@fredericoo29486 if there are spots on the the touchscreen that do not work in either horizontal or vertical position, that means your touchscreen has failed. It is part of the display assembly. To fix this, you would ned to repalce teh assembly. Here is how to change it Samsung A71 (A715F) Original Screen Replacement
To find a replacement display, do an online search and make sure that the replacement is suitable for your exact model i.e. SM-A715F/DSN etc.
