Sounds like it may be a problem with either the auger motor, the dispensing yoke or the ice maker itself
Here's a part list for the ice maker that may help. See part # 10, 17 & 19 respectively.
If there is a faulty part, click on the part to find the manufacturer's part number for the part (not the parts supplier's number) and then search online using that number to find suppliers that suit you best.
