@katiacrist80185 start of by trying a reset. disconnect everything from the back of your TV. All video inputs, soundboard, satellite receive, cable box receiver, everything. Then unplug the TV. Push the TV power button (not the button on the remote) and hold it for about a minute. Now connect one video input source.
