Please help! I had a repair man come out and he said my evaporator cover and fan needed to be replaced. I ordered a new one and installed. The fan is still not turning on. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hey there,
There are a few reasons that your refrigerator might not be cooling. I highly recommend checking out the Refrigerator Not Cooling Troubleshooting Page. Although I will say that you should check to see if your refrigerator is getting power, and that the refrigerators Thermostat Setting are correct.
