LG has blacked out screen battery is fine I have tried rebooting

@karenannef15870 if it still vibrates when you turn it on and if it still gets recognized by your computer etc., it is most likely a failed display. I would start by replacing that since you already tried a reset as well. Use something like this video as your guide.

While you work on your drive, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do.
