I have replaced basically everything on this 65" TCL roku and the backlights still don't work. I have picture if I use a flashlight. Multi meter says no power to the led from the main power supply but its brand new. Frustrated

@bruceallen78599 it's a TCL so no schematics and no help from the company. You said you have no power from the power supply to the LED connectors. This is a new power board or used? Did you also replace the main board? After all it is the main board which tells the power board to turn on the different circuits (simplified).You need to measure the voltages on the power connector where the main board connects too. If you take a couple of good pictures of all the boards separately as well as a pictures showing the complete backside of your TV. That way we can see all the boards and the interconnect cables. Yes I have replaced the main board, power board and the LED strips. There is 12 volts at the main board/ power board connecting but nothing at the LED connection. I will post pictures of the boards and set up as soon as I'm back home. Thanks!
@bruceallen78599 what happens when you disconnect the T-Con board from the main board? What happens when you disconnect the ribbon cables going to the LCD panel from the T-con board, but leave it connected to the LCD panel? Try one ribbon cable at a time. What model is your T-con board since you did not post an image of that board? Bad T-con board can cause Back lights from coming on.
What is the exact model for your TV?
Disconnected the T-con but nothing changes. The model is 65S425-CA
