The oven controls are locked.
The microwave is locked. When i press a key, it says control is locked. I pressed the Clear/Off button 3 seconds and more several times. Display still locked

Hi @cheriliggins,
Try resetting the oven by disconnecting the power to the oven then with the oven door closed, press and hold the start button for 30 seconds and release.
Reconnect the power to the oven and check.
