My SoundWear Companion Not Charging

I've stop using my SoundWear Companion for a while. I started charging it in my computer it just blinks once then it wont charge. I check if im updated it says i am and my pc can recognize my device but it does not open. it just blink once then thats it. Can someone assist me thank you!.
