@julio60093 it's actually pretty straight forward. Use something like this video as your guide. New screens are readily available at multiple online stores and prices are not to high. I prefer B7000 as the screen adhesive.

While you replace your screen, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do. @ydidiyaasmamaw if you made sure that all of your software settings are okay, you could follow the flow charts from Samsung that deal with the speaker. Personally, I would start by replacing the speaker before attempting to replace U5010
