My friend clean my TV screen water Just soap and vinegar mix together he sprayed the TV Screen and witch it clean it has Vertical lines world where the light color is. The vertical lines stream out of the light colors that are on the screen. Should this have done that? He hooked up A heater With a fan to try to dry the screen out. That attempt failed AnySuggestions for us?

@roxyrqak it is most likely that you have water/corrosion on the LCD driver boards and the TABS going to the LCD panel. You will have to remove reh back cover, remove the flat ribbon cables and check the driver boards. To give you more information/help we will need to know what make and exact model your TV is. Remove the back panel and take some good pictures of all the boards and the interconnect cables, Of course, disconnect your TV from the main power and avoid touching your boards with your hands.
