Need Dispenser Display Board for KitchenAid Refrig

Service Tech tells me need a part W13053103SP, Dispenser Display Board for a KitchenAid Mod # KFI20XVMS1. Out of production part, no after market replacements, can't find one anywhere, Amazon, E Bay, several parts stores. Corecentric could repair the board but will be without a fridge the whole time. Fridge is only 9 yrs old. It works but can't adjust temp and its freezing food in the refrig part. Any ideas on how else to find the part and if there's a temp workaround to lower the temp in the fridge?
