Car does not start.

I have Ford explorer 2012, it doesn’t start on but there is a power and there is no lights of any signs on

I replaced the starter, the ignition, the cylinder of the ignition and the battery as well, but I still have this problem, some times it’s starts normally

Can I know what is the problem in my car? Thank you in advance.
