Can't start after replacing battery
Hi, why my oral b io doesn't work after battery replacement? The guide is fool proof however, something goes wrong.

Sorry to be late to the party, but a german user just posted a comment with the same problem and the solution: He managed to reset the io via the app and it works flawlessly since then.

Hi @juanpulag,
Did you put the battery in the correct way? Maybe double check.
Did you charge the battery first after installing it, before attempting to turn on the toothbrush?

What battery type did you replace with? Do you have a multimeter?

@andrewsawesome Hi Andrew, thanks... I don't have a multimeter, so I can say that even the original battery doesn't start the brush.
What can I do with a multimeter? Thank for your answer....

@juanpulag I was going to ask you to check the voltage of the battery with a multimeter.

@jayeff hi, neither new and old battery works, the brush just shut down permanently... So sad, that's was something easy to solve "was"
