Screeching sound on ejecting disk after SSD upgrade

Hey yall. Yesterday I swapped my old hdd from my PS3 SuperSlim, and the process went fairly smoothly. But when I eject some games ,it makes a screeching sound that definitely wasn't happening before, and it only happens to a few of my games (the sly collection, resistance 3 and metal gear rising), and with some games that doesn't happen at all (GOW origins collection, final fantasy 13, GT6)

I heard that has to do with that little foam pad that is responsible for making the disc stop, but I don't see why swapping my hard drive would cause this issue. Thanks for helping
