Airpod Not charging: Discharge the case all the way, Get a Q-tip And some isopropyl Alcohol, And scrub the connector.
Charging Case Not charging: (as Frankie Vaughan said) Get a SIM pin and scrape, very gently from left to right and drag up the right side to pull and dirt.

Do you mean the case isn’t charging or the actual AirPod itself? Does the charger go all the way in? If not there may be some debris in the charger port. Get a SIM pin and scrape, very gently from left to right and drag up the right side to pull and dirt.
