Can I replace 6.3v and 2700 uf capacitor with 16v and 2200uf capacitor

Not really.

The value of 2700µF must have been chosen for a specific reason, so changing it to a lesser value might have an undesired effect.

The best way to achieve the value is to connect two capacitors in parallel connection so that their total capacitance is equal to the desired value.

To get this using standard value capacitors, the closest you can get is 2670µF by having a 2200µF + 470µF in parallel connection. For all intents this should be close enough.

Make sure that they both have the same working voltage rating. If you can't get 6.3V for both then make sure that both have either a 10V or 16V rating.
