my tablet keeps restarting minutes or seconds at times after opening an app then it freezes and restarts again.how do i fix this

Opções

Try reloading firmware while retaining user data, and does it heat up? or normal temperature.

@bombelli temperature is normal.How do i reload firmware?

@mugombi Use Odin and get the firmware from sam mobile or samfw, same binary firmware or higher.
