There is no such setup in BIOS. Nothing like a touchpad in settings. There is no touchpad under mice. The function key is Fn+F6 - does not work

Hi

Did you check in Device Manager under Human Interface devices (HID) or under "Other Devices" (if there is this category) or perhaps click on Device Manager > View > Show hidden devices to see if it is listed, you didn't say?

First thing, I was not aware that the devices are hidden. Many Thanks. All these are Logitech Devices. For all these devices, it says not connected and suggests connecting the same. Mine is Lenovo Laptop 81WE Idea Pad 3 - 15IIL05 Ua. Unfortunately, Lenovo US is not interested because I am in the US and the unit is purchased in India. It is not any donation from Lenovo. I paid for it. Purchased officially. It is still under warranty. I can understand local support refusing to give any hardware repair help. I did expect the soft help, which should not cost them a littlemore Lenovo some time spent on it. Once again, many thanks for taking an interest and helping me.

Some typing error in the second last sentence. - I did expect the soft help, which should not cost Lenovo a little more than some time.

@Dattatraya

Have you checked if the latest mouse/touchpad drivers are installed?

Has it ever worked before?

Many Many Thanks. It has worked for about 3 months. I purchased it in March 2022. I reached the US in May 2022 end. It stopped working from the first week of June 2022. The Mouse /TouchPad/Functions Keys drivers are offering the drivers only for function keys, that too of Jan 2022. Based on the link provided by you, I have once again check it a few minutes ago.
