Hi
I’m not really sure us over on the answers forum can help with a order ,it’s customer support you need for that
But we can offer advice!,most of the time things do arrive on time but not always somethings just get left at depots because they never made the van so it just takes a bit longer but ifixit wouldn’t have you without there order it just depends on the situation

fishing_retired1 we could not answers this for you no matter how hard we tried. The users on this part of the Form are almost exclusively users like you who are not directly involved with the business of iFixit. I suggest that you contact the iFixit Customer support by any means listed on here
