Well to solve this problem you have to clear the cache of your smartphone
I was also facing the problem but now my problem is solved.

I’d be inclined to clear the cache and delete some pictures etc. it may have a full storage which could be problem. If them two basics don’t work. Go and speak to Xioami and use the warranty. Do not attempt to carry out any hardware repairs or have a 3rd party shop do so as it will may void your warranty
