I replaced the screen on a customers phone and the phone won’t turn on. When I plug it in, it vibrates and makes a noise, but the ringer switch won’t work and a force restart does nothing. The home button also doesn’t respond with a click. What do is do?

Have you seated everything correctly? has the display been calibrated by the IMEI swap tool?

I haven’t calibrated the screen but it isn’t required right? The True Tone just won’t work. I’ve made sure everything is connected. I’ve checked the pins to make sure none are bent or broken.
@the_tech_noodle Yup, thats for sure an uncalobrated screen. Its gonna cost a good $500 for a tool to take the IMEI from the old screen and transfer it to the new one.
Even the original screen won’t work.
And it doesn’t show up on iTunes @bezzzles
