How do I make my phone unfrozen
My phone is frozen. It won't let me type or press anything.

Have you tried a soft reset?
Here’s how:
Press and hold the Power button for 5 to 10 seconds.
It will show the shutdown and the restart options screen.
Click on the Power Off & Restart Option.
If the screen is unresponsive, press and hold the Power button until it restarts.
Release the power button when your phone restarts and you will see the boot screen.
Your phone has been reset without deleting any of your data.

Yes I have tried that but it is still frozen. I just got the phone and I'm on the welcome screen. When I try to press next it is still frozen. The home button and the go back button work but when you touch the screen nothing works. I have tried to reset it many times. Do you know anything that could help me?
If it is new take it back to where you bought it and get a replacement or a refund
