Why can't I hear caller
After replacing the screen on my motoE5plus, I can’t hear caller but caller can hear me.
Same if I call out, person called can hear me, but I can’t hear them.

Hi,
Can you hear the person on the other end during a call, if you use the phone in loudspeaker mode or using earphones with a microphone attachment plugged into the phone?
If so you may have to check that you didn’t dislodge/damage the earpiece receiver during the repair. (supplier example only)
