TV Turns on but no picture on screen

Toshiba Model - 43U2963DB 43 Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR LED TV

Was watching tv yesterday and tried to exit app and screen went black. Now tv turns on and off but screen stays blank. Tried unplugging it and leaving it 60 seconds - no luck. And saw advise to unplug and hold down power button on tv but I can’t find one on this model - unless I’m missing it.

TV only a year and half old and been mounted on wall ever since I got it so hasn’t been knocked or damaged. And I only use it as smart tv so no issues with hdmi cables or other connections.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

@bhwo in a darkened room and with the TV on shine a flashlight beam at an angle against the screen. See if you can make out shapes/silhouettes etc. If so, it is your backlight that has failed. Also, let us know if you have audio. After that you want to remove the back from your TV and check the boards. Measure the standby voltage from your power board on the main board connector. Let us know what you find out. Also, it might help if you post some good pictures of the boards with your QUESTION. That way we can see what you see. Adicionar imagens a uma pergunta já existente
