My e-Reader will not charge
The connection to my charge port is loose and will not charge when plugged in. How can I get this repaired?

Most phone repair shops can also replace the USB plug. It being a tablet I don’t recommend a beginner try to but if you want to try yourself let me know and I can direct you to what you will need and maybe even a video.
