Jason Gilbert Realtor not sure what you have checked. Most common issue is a failed heating element (or may need to be descaled) as well as a failed auto shut-off thermistor. Take a look at the bottom of this page for the diagram to see where the parts are located. IF you get stuck with it somewhere post some good images with your Question so we can continue to assist. I got the Earlex wallpaper steamer it get hot just wont steam would like to know what's the problem
