Fan does not work Dell XPS 13

The fan on my XPS 13 stopped working, I replaced it with a new one. No change.
What else can I do ?

mika Z what does the fan connector look like ? compomnents around it look damaged in any way? What have you checked on the board? Checked for power on the connector yet?
