One S no image, doesn't shut down, can't reset video settings

Hi,

I have an Xbox One S which doesn't output any video signal, even though it turns on.

When I press the power button while it's on, I do get the “shutdown” chime, but it doesn't turn off (light stays on, fan keeps spinning).

And when I hold Eject and Power to reset video settings before turning on, the light comes on after ~3sec but I dont hear any chime, and the console goes into the state I described before.

I've replaced the HDMI controller (75DP159) but it didn't change anything. And I know that the original one was perfectly functional.

In short, I'm stuck here.
