My panasonic tv blinks 3 times but it doesnt go on.
I saw on the internet that some error codes do exist.
The LED blinking 3 times mea that there is a problem in the A Board.
But my question is: Is the A-Board the Mainboard with the Cpu?
Or is the Power Supply broken?
Should the Tv work if I insert a new Mainboard ?

search for a service manual for your model. You can also search for blink codes for your model. The “A” board is probably not the PSU, but it varies by model.

i have been lookin for the service manual , but i cant see any blink codes on the manual

I haven't downloaded it so hopefully if you do, you will be able to understand it if it is in the same language as the website.
The manual should give you all the information that you want.
