I changed the display to a Huawei gt2, because it was scratched, but functional. All good and beautiful, I installed the new display but it doesn't work. I went back to the old scratched display but surprise, it doesn't work either. The touchscreen doesn't work. Where did I wrong?

Did you disconnect the battery before disconnecting the screen?
of course, the algorithm did not allow me otherwise
