My controller is inputting random commands.

I have a Redragon Saturn G807 game controller. I am using it on PC. It is a brand new controller, i bought it just a couple of days ago and it inputs random controls without me pressing buttons. I opened up the controller and didn’t find anything wrong with the contacts.
