I have a working logic board from 2012 27” iMac, how to identify which GPU it has?
I know it is not 512MB one since there are 8 chips installed along side it, so if anyone could help me, would appreciate that!

Apple offered three versions of GPU’s in this series
2.9 GHz Core i5 (I5-3470S) model: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660M with 512 MB of dedicated GDDR5 memory
3.2 GHz Core i5 (I5-3470) & 3.4 GHz Core i7 (I7-3770) offered two options:

You need to use a little logic here ;-}
So as you don't have all of the RAM installed (empty pads) we know you don't have the first: 2.9 GHz Core i5 (I5-3470S)
So then that leaves us with either the other two. The more probable is the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 675MX as the other is a special order item at a higher cost.
You could look up the DDR5 RAM specs or If you want to be 100% then you'll need to remove the heat sink to read the GPU chips markings. The logic board ID is the same across all three boards so that won't help you and the board S/N label would be the only other way but it could be doctored or missing.
@danj, on the chip it says Nvidia 1237A2 TOF468.M01 / N13E-GT-W-A2
Then the NVIDIA N13E-GTX-A2 chip marking tells us you have a GeForce GTX 680M GPU board.
