Sometimes the receiver end couldn't hear my voice during call. I need to restart my mobile for my mic to work properly. I tried using open speaker also earphone with mic for calls. Still the problem persists. Can someone suggest me what might the problem be

If you can’t be heard when using the speakerphone option or the headphones with the microphone attachment then there may be a software problem or worst case it is a hardware problem with the voice transmission circuits on the systemboard.
Try the following and check if you can be heard OK when on a call. You may have to try a few calls to see it it is still working as you said that the only way to get it to work is to restart the phone and you didn’t say for how long it was OK before it failed again.
Clear the cache partition and then check if it works.
Try starting the phone in safe mode and check.
If it works OK when in safe mode then a downloaded app is the cause of the problem. You will need to uninstall each downloaded app, one by one and test the phone in normal mode until it works correctly. Once it does then the last downloaded app that was uninstalled was the cause of the problem.
Lastly try a hard reset and check if this resolves the problem.
Be aware that a hard reset will erase all your data and downloaded apps. It will restore the phone to its’ factory default (or last system updated) condition. Backup the phone to the cloud or a computer before performing a hard reset
Once the phone has been reset check if it works OK.
If still not there is a hardware problem.
If it works OK, restore the phone with the backup made earlier, by using the phone’s restore feature.
Once the phone has been restored, check that it still works OK, if so then the reset has resolved the problem.

Recently purchased a Realme Smartphone. When on a call my voice is not heard by the person at the other end on some occasions. What might be the possible reasons?

Do these things first
If these 3 things doesn’t work and you are still having call related issue or wifi calling issue then try to reset your network settings this will solve your problem. You can refer this article
