Is this a screen problem, or a iGPU problem?

A couple months ago, I was using my MBP as normal, and it started doing this out of nowhere: https://imgur.com/a/W3QaJeu

I guess this is a screen issue, but I was wondering if it maybe was a problem with the iGPU or something. And I don’t know if it has anything to do, but my original charger died a couple weeks before this, and I started using a third-party charger, could that have caused my problem?

Anyways, in case that it is indeed the screen, if anyone has any tips for not so expensive screen replacements, I’m open to listen.

Your system uses the graphics engine within the CPU chip (Intel HD Graphics 4000)

This appears to be a T-CON chip issue within the display assembly. You will need to check things to be sure.

Follow this guide to Step 6 MacBook Pro 13" Retina Display Late 2013 Display Assembly Replacement Then jump down to Step 11. Inspect the connector for corrosion.

In any case your charger could also be a factor! Knockoff chargers can do strange things to your system. Saving money in the long haul costs you more!
